Pays Fantôme s’intéresse à la notion de disparition, de mort, de remplacement des choses vivantes par leur fantôme et leur parodie – comme ces villages sans commerces, sans bistrots, sans enfants dehors, sans rien du tout à part des voitures qui passent à toute heure, se hâtant d'aller de nulle part vers nulle part.
Pays Fantôme n’est pas propriétaire des œuvres proposées sur son site et elles peuvent disparaître sans préavis.
Pays Fantôme publie les œuvres de musiciens et artistes qui entretiennent un rapport artistique, intellectuel et moral avec le territoire, la mémoire, la spiritualité, la communauté, dans un esprit d’hommage, de témoignage, d’illustration, de protestation ou de refondation.
